Paul Beevers joined KorteQ in 2006 and is now a client account manager, read his story below:

Why KorteQ?
Having graduated from university in mechanical engineering I joined a graduate scheme in the Aerospace industry where I worked for 2 years. Looking for a more varied and exciting challenge I started to investigate different career opportunities which led me to KorteQ. I saw the opportunity to continue working within the engineering sector whilst providing that varied and challenging role of a business consultant. Having met the directors and staff, and discussed both the company's goals and my ambitions, I felt that KorteQ ticked all my boxes and offered the exciting challenge I relished.

Working at KorteQ
Since joining, I have worked with clients across a number of engineering sectors, including Nuclear, Defence and Service Organisations. One of the most enjoyable things about the work is that it is varied - one day I might be working on a process improvement project, the next I'll be meeting with senior executives to discuss knowledge transfer strategy. Working in cutting-edge sectors means we are constantly being challenged with developing innovative ways of working - both for clients and internally for KorteQ. To keep ahead of the field we have to develop and evolve and it is fantastic that the company invests a lot of time and money into R&D. At KorteQ we practice what we preach, collaborating in innovative ways that are almost unrivalled in the market.
