Wider involvementA great aspect of working for KorteQ is that everyone can get involved in the Operations and Strategy side of our company. We all have input into the direction the company goes and everyone's voice is heard. We are all encouraged to contribute across all facets - including developing strategies for entering new markets. It is a fantastic opportunity to exploit one's entrepreneurial side and to develop innovative ways of working.
ResponsibilityRight from day one I was exposed to client work and had responsibility for an aspect of delivery, starting initially on knowledge acquisition projects progressing through to working on client strategy projects, on to leading programmes and teams and then managing the account for one of our larger clients. Every step along the way KorteQ has demonstrated commitment and trust through providing increased responsibility and reward ensuring that you know you have made a contribution.
Being part of the KorteQ teamI count myself fortunate in having the opportunity to work with incredibly talented and driven colleagues who strive to deliver excellence. Standards are set high and to help you achieve these there are the relevant support structures in place. There is a great team ethos at KorteQ and a focus on having a good work life balance which instils a great "feel-good" factor about working with such a dynamic team.

Paul Beevers joined KorteQ in 2006 and is now a client account manager, read his story below:
Why KorteQ?Having graduated from university in mechanical engineering I joined a graduate scheme in the Aerospace industry where I worked for 2 years. Looking for a more varied and exciting challenge I started to investigate different career opportunities which led me to KorteQ. I saw the opportunity to continue working within the engineering sector whilst providing that varied and challenging role of a business consultant. Having met the directors and staff, and discussed both the company's goals and my ambitions, I felt that KorteQ ticked all my boxes and offered the exciting challenge I relished.
Working at KorteQ
Since joining, I have worked with clients across a number of engineering sectors, including Nuclear, Defence and Service Organisations. One of the most enjoyable things about the work is that it is varied - one day I might be working on a process improvement project, the next I'll be meeting with senior executives to discuss knowledge transfer strategy. Working in cutting-edge sectors means we are constantly being challenged with developing innovative ways of working - both for clients and internally for KorteQ. To keep ahead of the field we have to develop and evolve and it is fantastic that the company invests a lot of time and money into R&D. At KorteQ we practice what we preach, collaborating in innovative ways that are almost unrivalled in the market.
