Paul Adler - CEOPaul gained a first class degree in Physics from Oxford University, and a postgraduate Management Diploma at Manchester. He built a successful career in engineering, and then in management consultancy as Partner at Accenture advising High Technology businesses. Since 2005, Paul has built up KorteQ's business based on a successful track record of innovation and performance improvement, and is a regular speaker at leading industry events on knowledge transfer issues.
Sonia Meadows - DirectorSonia brings deep experience of knowledge management gained in the Engineering, Financial Services, Utility and Media sectors. She has an MSc with distinction from Strathclyde University in Information Management and her work includes research, strategy and KM policy as well as leading client implementation programmes.
Alexandra Lee - Head of Strategy Service LineAlex gained a first-class MEng degree from Bristol University and built her engineering track record at Rolls-Royce plc and Renishaw plc. Since joining KorteQ she has focused on knowledge management strategy for British Energy, BAE Systems, BNS Babcock Nuclear Services and Doosan Babcock Energy. Alex specialises in developing robust business cases and practical implementation blueprints.
Karen Chinn - Head of Implementation Service LineKaren gained a first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management at Birmingham University. Karen developed her skills as a knowledge manager first within Rolls-Royce plc, and then with KorteQ managing assignments at British Energy, BAE Systems, Babcock Marine, National Grid and AWE. Karen specialises in coaching, knowledge acquisition, skills development and accelerated learning methods as part her overall responsibility for our Implementation Services.
