"This knowledge base will have huge benefits for our engineering community"

Reduce Risk
BAE Systems plc sought our help during a major programme of site closure and re-organisation, in order to retain their intelligent customer capability.

In a sensitive environment, our team quickly diagnosed the priority 'at-risk' areas and then used multi-media techniques to consolidate existing documentation and transfer tacit know-how from experienced staff to the outsourcing partners.

The outsourcing partners were provided with ready access to thorough training and support material. The video-based material, delivered on a series of DVD, drew much praise: "Very impressed..it's got to be the way to train people in the future".

Further strategic analysis was undertaken by a joint team in order to cement the improvements for the longer term:

"KorteQ reviewed the proposed approach and were able to guide the strategy towards some definite tasks which we are confident will help in capturing critical knowledge which might otherwise have been lost forever. Land Systems employees have been impressed with KorteQ's positive, interactive and practical approach and have learnt a great deal from working with their team"
